Appeal Tribunal Rules

Pursuant to the provisions of clause 46 of the Sugar Industry Agreement of 2000 (''the Agreement''), the Sugar Industry Appeals Tribunal (''the Appeals Tribunal'') has made Rules for the conduct of hearings before it. The Rules were adopted in February 2010 and the following revisions were subsequently made:

  • 8 April 2010 - Amendment to Clause 3

  • June 2010 - Amendment to Clause 4

  • 11 August 2010 - Amended to include that documents are to be provided in hard copy and electronic format

 

  • 4 August 2011 - Amended to cater for urgency

The Rules below are effective 1 September 2011.
