Engineering Training

Engineering Training is provided in the trades listed in the table below. Training is provided via an apprenticeship or a learnership contract as well as ad hoc arrangements. The Assessors and Moderators employed by the STC will ensure that the appropriate Portfolios of Evidence are updated during instruction and a log book system is used to manage the training whilst at the workplace.

Our assessors will visit the workplace to assess the effectiveness of the workplace training element and to ensure that the learner is receiving appropriate practicle training, thereby achieving the 'fit for work' concept.
