If you are a graduate Human Resources professional with a passion for skills development, employment equity and black economic empowerment together with excellent organisational skills and computer literacy then we have a great job on offer.

The position is remunerated at the level of a job graded C4 / Peromnes 9 / TASK 12 / Hay 342 / skilled technical and academically qualified worker.

You will form part of a team of well-qualified and highly experienced HR professionals and support their provision of the HR service to our diverse organisation through your specialist focus on human resources development.

Your internal customers come from a wide range of disciplines with varied development needs. This will give you excellent experience. You will ideally be a trained skills development facilitator. Through our different major divisions we are members of the following SETAS: Fasset, ETDP Seta, AgriSETA and TETA.

You will be responsible for
- planning and administering the group training programme,
- for sourcing and arranging individual and specialised training,
- for facilitating line management compliance with SETA provisions and a number of related activitieS
- need
to be analytical and good with numbers and spreadsheets, while having excellent inter-personal and communication skills.

If you have experience with the Skills Development and Employment Equity modules of the VIP Premier Payroll and HR Administration system that would be a bonus.

Preference will be given to candidates with the ability to communicate in Zulu and who are able to undertake occasional English - Zulu translation.

Each of our HR Managers have previously held positions at the level of this vacancy.
